This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when we deliver products once a purchase has been completed.
1. No Online Shipping Orders
Our website, sunstatefireworks.com, is for promotions and product display only.
We do not process online purchases or take online payments through the website.
All deliveries are arranged directly with customers after payment is confirmed through our approved in-person or authorized payment methods.
2. Local Delivery Only
We currently offer delivery within Orlando, Florida and nearby areas only.
Delivery availability may depend on:

Delivery schedule at the time of purchase
Customers will be informed of delivery eligibility during the purchase process.
3. Delivery After Payment
We begin preparing your order for delivery only after the payment has been fully processed and verified.
Once payment is confirmed, we will:

4. Delivery Requirements
For safety and legal reasons, someone 18 years or older must be present to receive the fireworks delivery.
The recipient may be asked to show valid ID.
If no eligible person is present at the delivery location:

A redelivery fee may apply
5. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees depend on distance and order size. Free delivery might be an option.
Any applicable fees will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
6. Delivery Timeframes
Most deliveries are completed within 1–3 business days after payment is processed.
During peak seasons (such as New Year’s or July 4th), delivery times may be extended.
We will always provide an estimated delivery window before scheduling.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate address information.
8. Order Inspection at Delivery
We encourage customers to check their order at the moment of delivery.
If something appears missing or damaged, notify the delivery driver immediately so we can address the issue.
9. No Shipping Through Carriers
Due to federal and state regulations, we do not ship fireworks through UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other commercial carriers.
All deliveries are made directly by SunState Fireworks staff.
